Educational CONSULTATION - OVER 12 MONTHS

During this consultation we will be discussing the client's history; including the following;

1. ​Feeding and sleeping
2. Facial/Jaw pain
3. Dental events, including orthodontia
4. Allergies
5. Any airway events/concerns
6. Speech therapy, or other therapies needed or recommended

This allows us to know what your recommended treatment plan will look like.

Plan on 20 minutes for this appointment. (40 minutes for 2 members)
