I am a Los Angeles native who loves to dance, hike, help at my local community garden in Phoenix, and learn about world cultures through cross-cultural communication and travel. In my work as a Speech-Language Pathologist, I take a family-centered approach to therapy and am passionate about collaborating to create personalized therapy activities to support individuals and their families in meeting their goals. I have a background in adult dysphagia (swallowing), education-based communication therapy (K-12), and pediatric feeding therapy. I have had the pleasure of providing therapy to individuals with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Intellectual Disability, Hearing Impairment, Traumatic Brain Injury, stroke, Parkinson's disease, & history of intubation with Passy Muir Valve. My additional training includes TOTs and orofacial myofunctional therapy, pediatric feeding, and tracheostomy swallowing and speaking valve. What I love most about Myo is empowering others to make impactful improvements in their quality of life & discovering new skills along the way!
