• Small group setting for personalized attention
• Available at Phoenix and Mesa locations
• Space is strictly limited to ONE child and ONE parent/guardian per registration
• Drop-offs are welcome, though we encourage parents to stay and participate

Please note that missed classes cannot be made up. If you are unable to attend, you will receive:

• A lesson guide - In your portal
• Exercise videos for that day’s lesson - In your portal
• We’re unable to offer refunds for missed classes, but we’ll make sure you’re supported with all the materials you need to stay on track!

Deposit: $100 required to hold your spot. The deposit will be CREDITED to your payment plan.

Payment Plan Options:

• 3 Installments of $140 – Total Due: $420                      
  (1st payment will include the deposit: $100 + $40 = $140)
• 2 Installments of $190 – Total Due: $380 – Save $40                       
  (1st payment will include the deposit: $100 + $90 = $190)
• 1 Payment of $340 – Save $80                      
  (Payment will include the deposit: $100 + $240 = $340)

• The $100 deposit will be charged immediately upon form submission.
• Refunds for the deposit must be requested at least 7 days before the starting class date.
• The plan payment begins on the 1st class starting date.
