NOW HIRING: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

We are a small, family-owned practice specializing in myofunctional therapy, oral motor function, and airway-focused care for pediatric and adult patients. Our mission is to improve quality of life through better breathing, sleep, feeding, and oral function. We take a holistic, compassionate approach to care and are looking for a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing team!

• Provide individualized, patient-centered therapy with an emphasis on pediatric care.
• Collaborate with our Clinical Director on treatment planning and patient care.
• Educate and support patients and families on oral motor development, breathing, feeding, and healthy oral habits.
• Participate in ongoing mentorship, training, and professional development.

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Arizona.
• Pediatric experience required, including infants, toddlers, and children with varying developmental needs.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, family-centered approach.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively; coachable, adaptable, and eager to grow.
• Interest in learning or expanding knowledge of orofacial myology and tethered oral tissues.
• Must be willing and able to work at both our Central Phoenix and North Mesa locations.

Previous myofunctional therapy experience is not required. Training and mentorship are provided!
