Ilse's Availability - Bodywork

Ilse is a Southwest native who has lived in NV, UT, CO, NM, and finally made her home in AZ. She is an avid holistic wellness enthusiast with a BA in Exercise Science and an M.S. in Oriental Medicine. Ilse is a licensed massage therapist, doula, and Certified Lactation Consultant, and has training in Orofacial Myology (Sandra Coulson Course) with over 30 years of combined experience.

Ilse discovered massage therapy by accident, initially with the intent of traveling the world. Over the years, she has learned various modalities and techniques, with Craniosacral and Myofascial Therapy being her favorites. She enjoys working with all ages, particularly babies. Ilse enjoys hands-on work, educating clients, and witnessing the beneficial results.

Ilse looks forward to providing quality therapeutic bodywork and lactation services. She aims to offer a nurturing and comforting experience to promote your overall health. With her extensive background and holistic approach, Ilse is a perfect fit for our practice as we focus on treating the whole person, not just their symptoms.
